On Tuesday evening, December 13, 7-8pm, we will gather to sing Christmas hymns and to pray. Â We are planning on providing nursery care. Â Join us for this one evening as we prepare to remember our Lord’s first coming and to lift up the needs of God’s people.

The 2016Â Christmas FLOCK (Fun-Loving Older Covenant Kids):
Saturday, December 10 at 6 pm at the church. This is a much-anticipated, fun-filled pot luck and white elephant gift exchange. It is for our 18 and older members only, but a nursery will be provided. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the foyer to sign up to bring food items. To participate in the “white elephant†gift exchange each person should bring a wrapped gift. The gift can be something found around the home, a “re-gift†item, or something you have purchased. Please do NOT spend more than $15 for a purchased gift.

Ladies Bible Study to Break for Holiday Season
Please note that the November 15, 2016 meeting of the Ladies Bible Study will be the last meeting until after the holiday season. We will resume our study on January 10, 2017

Ladies Book Club will meet Thursday, Nov. 3 at 7pm at Maria Ettema’s home. We will finish our discussion of “God’s Lesser Glory†(Part 3 and conclusion). Hope to see you there!
Fall Festival Saturday, November 5, 2016
Fall Festival will be Saturday, November 5! There are many needs for volunteers and items. Some needs not on the bulletin board: sodas and water, several outdoor power cords for items that will be outside and 3 power strips to plug crock pots into. There are other items needed on the bulletin board. Please add your name to the signup sheets on the bulletin board if you are able to help. Please see Gina Powell or Josh Powell with any questions. Also, be sure to take a some flyers from the welcome table and invite friends and neighbors!
Missions Banquest Saturday, October 29, 2016
Missions Banquet: Please mark your calendars for Saturday, October 29 at 6pm for our potluck Missions Banquet. Please bring a main dish and side, salad, or dessert to feed your family plus a few guests. We will have guest missionary speakers. Children are welcome. Help is needed for set up on Friday, Oct. 28th. Please speak to Gina if you are able to help. Also, please add your name to the signup sheet with how many are coming from your family so we will know how many places to set up.Â
New WEEKLY observance of the Lord’s Supper.
Beginning in the month of November we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper each Lord’s Day in worship. Â

Senior Fellowship Brown-Bag Lunch October 12
Senior Fellowship will be starting back up on October 12, 2016. The lunches are scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each month from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the church building.
