Transportation need for Sunday mornings

Ministry Opportunity: A widow who recently relocated about 2 miles from SRPC is in need of a ride to and from worship service.  She lives near Harris Teeter at the Prince William Parkway/Hoadly Road intersection. She uses a scooter to get around, but it easily folds and can be placed in the trunk. If you are able to periodically provide a ride please let Ralph Bentley know.  He hopes to put together a list of 8 to 12 volunteers.  This would result in volunteers only providing a ride every 2 to 3 months.  It would involve contacting her a day or two before and providing your contact information and confirming she will be attending service.

This is a great opportunity to serve the Lord by helping someone in need.  Please consider volunteering.
