COME CELEBRATE THE RESURRECTION WITH US

Easter Sunday Service will begin at 10:45am on March 31. We will serve breakfast finger foods between Sunday
School and the Worship Service. Members, please plan to bring a finger food (i.e.
doughnuts, bagels, muffins, coffee cake) to share. Juice and coffee will be provided.

Ladies Book Club will meet Tuesday, March 26

Ladies Book Club will meet Tuesday, March 26 at 10am at the church to discuss the devotional titled: â€œEncourage One Anotherâ€. Childcare is available at this meeting. Copies of the devotional were sent via email earlier this month. Please see Maria Ettema if you did not receive your copy. Also, see Maria if you would like copies of the April book, “Your Home A Place of Grace” by Susan Hunt.

VBS Volunteers Needed

Prayerfully consider being a part of Vacation Bible School this summer. Volunteers are needed for director and staff. Please see Britt McNeill if you would like to participate in this special ministry. Please add your name to the signup sheet on the bulletin board if you are interested.

Special Opportunity to Hear God’s Word Preached Tonight (March 5th at 6:30pm)

The candidate for ordination, Chris Brown, will preach a sermon to fulfill his ordination requirements tonight, March 5, at Spriggs Road Presbyterian Church. It is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. Folks are invited to come and offer feedback if they desire.

Special Missionary Presentation During Sunday School Feb. 10th

There will be a special presentation by one of the missionaries we support during Sunday School on February 10th. We will resume our study of God is the Gospel on the 17th.

Daring Girls Meeting – Sat, Feb 16th from 1-3

Daring Girls will meet on Sat, Feb 16th from 1-3 at the Deaneâ€™s home.Â Â Any who have not already memorized the verse can try again.Â 1 Thes 5:16-18.Â Also come with ideas for activities and service for the year.Â

, â€œThe True Christianâ€™s Love to the Unseen Christâ€ by Thomas Vincent is in. If you would like a copy, please see Maria Ettema after the service. Cost is $8. We will meet Thursday, February 21 at 7pm at the home of Susan Shirasago. We will also meet Tuesday, February 26 at 10 am at the church. Childcare is available for the Tuesday meeting.
