Fall Festival will be Saturday, November 5! There are many needs for volunteers and items. Some needs not on the bulletin board: sodas and water, several outdoor power cords for items that will be outside and 3 power strips to plug crock pots into. There are other items needed on the bulletin board. Please add your name to the signup sheets on the bulletin board if you are able to help. Please see Gina Powell or Josh Powell with any questions. Also, be sure to take a some flyers from the welcome table and invite friends and neighbors!

Missions Banquest Saturday, October 29, 2016
Missions Banquet: Please mark your calendars for Saturday, October 29 at 6pm for our potluck Missions Banquet. Please bring a main dish and side, salad, or dessert to feed your family plus a few guests. We will have guest missionary speakers. Children are welcome. Help is needed for set up on Friday, Oct. 28th. Please speak to Gina if you are able to help. Also, please add your name to the signup sheet with how many are coming from your family so we will know how many places to set up.Â
New WEEKLY observance of the Lord’s Supper.
Beginning in the month of November we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper each Lord’s Day in worship. Â

Senior Fellowship Brown-Bag Lunch October 12
Senior Fellowship will be starting back up on October 12, 2016. The lunches are scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each month from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the church building. First Sunday Food Collection
Food Assistance Request: On the first Sunday of each month, the SRPC Diaconate is collecting canned and dry goods for the local food pantry. Please bring an item or two to donate to the local food pantry and place it in the bin in the foyer.

Ladies Bible Study: Tuesdays at 10 am
Some really awesome ladies meet at 10 am on Tuesday mornings at the church facility for a study of G.I. Williamson’s The Westminster Shorter Catechism for Study Classes. All ladies are welcome to attend even if they have not attended in the past. Childcare is provided.
This coming Tuesday, September 20th, we will be going over chapter 20 of the book which covers the WSC question # 25.
Men’s Breakfast: Saturday, September 24th at 8am
The next Men’s Breakfast will be Saturday, September 24th at 8am at the church building. They will continue their study of A Summary of Christian Doctrine 4th Edition  by Louis Berkhof. Contact Steve Powell for more details.
