PCA Mercy Conference. The PCA’s annual Mercy Conference will be held March 9-10 (evening only on March 9) at Wallace Presbyterian in College Park, MD. The Mercy Conference is designed to teach and equip congregations to minister mercifully both inside and outside the church body, to underscore the leadership of deacons in mercy ministry, and to develop an integrated approach to ministry so mercy permeates the entire church.
